The company continues to experience exponential month-over-month growth as one of the fastest-growing companies in the cannabis industry and we have begun our aggressive national expansion to all the legalized cannabis states in the USA.Job Summary:The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand's relationship with our dispensary accounts and assisting the local sales team in reaching/exceeding their sales goals within their assigned territories. Our Brand Ambassadors will also handle the following :Duties/Responsibilities:Provides in-store services at client account dispensaries - event demos, trainings, and patient appreciation days (PAD's)Holds a comprehensive understanding of the Jeeter product line and is able to effectively teach the benefits of each productObtains video and photo content of in-store events to post on social mediaSells products at demos through budtender and consumer educationManages all Visual Merchandising and product placement within all assigned dispensary accountsExecutes budtender training and knowledge testing on Jeeter productsProcesses and track invoices, reconcile, and supply monthly accrual reports for the marketing teamGauges store traffic and collect feedback and market intelligenceEvent planning and event executionAudits brand materials to ensure all marketing collateral is available to team membersExecutes all marketing requests from managementRequired Skills/Abilities:At least 21 years old per state lawMust have a valid instate Driver's LicenseMust have reliable transportationA thorough knowledge of cannabis (effects, products, chemistry, etc. )A general knowledge of computer skillsExceptional organizational skills.Exceptional communication skills.Must have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for successAbility to work independently and within a team environmentEducation and Experience:HS Diploma or GED2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, and/or promotional modeling & events role1+ years' experience working in events facing the public1+ years' experience in a customer service or customer facing role1+ years' experience in t h e legal cannabis industry - Preferred1+ year cannabis event experience - PreferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift over 50 poundsMust be able to commute and travel up to 100% of the time to different events and dispensaries within your assigned locationMust have weekend and afternoon / evening availabilityEEOC: DreamFields is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
