The Brand Ambassador role supports the sales and marketing functions for Highway through in-market customer education at vendor days in retailers across the state. The is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity and will be given direction by the Highway Horticulture Brand Manager.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Pick up physical assets such as table skirts, handouts, giveaways, and other swag for vendor day setup and takedown
- Travel to retailers within the given geographic location and based on the direction of the Brand Manager to conduct vendor day events
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Highway Horticultures portfolio of brands, including Inner Circle, Belushis Farm, Keef, Midnight Roots, and Triple Phoenix.
- Collect data and feedback during vendor days to share with Brand Manager
- Educate customers as well as budtenders on what differentiates Highway Horticultures products from our competitors in the market
- Work collaboratively with the Brand Manager and Territory Sales Representatives to support sales efforts and expand awareness of Highway Horticultures portfolio of brands
Requirements: - Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US
- Strong cannabis knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
