About the Role(job title and summary): The Brand Ambassador is responsible for building strong relationships with dispensaries, educating patients, and supporting wholesale clients to enhance brand awareness and sales. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, to deliver accurate product information, manage customer feedback, and ensure seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include training dispensary staff on product knowledge, representing the brand at events, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in promoting our products, gathering insights, and supporting sales efforts to achieve our brand and marketing objectives

How youll make a difference(required duties and responsibilities):

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with dispensary partners, budtenders and guests statewide.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processed products, plant material/flower varieties, and industry trends.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and updates to program rules.
  • Educate patients on company and product information during dispensary education days, ensuring consumers receive accurate and reliable product knowledge.
    • Involves setting up tables, displays, handing out flyers and materials, which may include standing for 3+ hours at a time.
  • Regularly communicate with wholesale clients to gather and relay product feedback.
  • Train dispensary staff on new products and product details to facilitate effective sales.
  • Promote the brand across the state through outreach at MMJ events, local businesses, nursing homes, medical facilities, etc.)
  • Manage and respond to patient insights, complaints, and reimbursement requests from the company inbox to uphold patient satisfaction, in accordance with state regulations and company policies and SOPs. Escalating concerns to relevant departments as needed. Inclusive of processing virtual returns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to address customer service inquiries
  • Assist in developing and supporting marketing materials and concepts, including creating, posting, and re-sharing materials on social media, and distributing to dispensaries as needed.
  • Regularly visit assigned dispensaries for retail collateral drops, budtender snacks/treats.
  • Organize and share DOH-approved marketing materials in a shared drive.
  • Always maintain a positive image of our company brands.

Skills to be Successful(minimum qualifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of brand ambassador, sales, and/or customer service required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience required.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work within an environment that is constantly changing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 80-100% of the time; reliable transportation
