Job Purpose
The Brand Ambassador – Manhattan, New York supports marketing & sales by promoting Wana Brands through a variety of customer and dispensary facing activities, helping to coordinate marketing activities, providing merchandising support and educating dispensaries and budtenders on the Wana brand. The candidate must live in New York and previous industry experience is preferred. We require a background check and motor vehicle check. You must have a clean driving record.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is exempt from overtime pay due to administrative employee exemption.
This job requires hours outside of normal business hours. This position does require some evening and weekend work depending on the event schedule. Please confirm with the supervisor regarding the expected working schedule.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Work Environment
There may be early mornings or late nights and work will primarily be performed out of the office and at dispensaries or other industry events. This position will require flexible hours and your own reliable transportation for transporting product and materials. This position will work 80% in the field traveling to dispensaries, pop-up events, and other marketing and promotional events. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. The employee frequently is required to set up heavy equipment, move boxes, folding tables, bins of merchandise, tents, banners, and other materials as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Must be able to stand and talk with others for up to 4 hours at a time.
