JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure guest satisfaction, the hospitality lodging staff will be responsible for registering guests, making and modifying reservations, cleaning rooms and concierge duties. Individuals must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
* Booking arrival and departures.
* Managing and scheduling of housekeeping and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel/lodge.
* Deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby and/or lodge lobby functions; including the coffee service and nightly concierge events, meeting rooms and event spaces.
* Greet Hotel guest and assist guest at all levels during their stay.
* Completing all duties and responsibilities required based on standard/policies taught during training.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
* Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel
* Deep cleaning of the assigned areas which may include, lobby, event and meeting spaces, rooms, and restrooms.
* Scheduling and managing staff.
* Setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and nightly concierge events.
* Cleaning up and setting up meeting room functions and event spaces.
* Answering phones, booking reservations, confirming reservations.
* Checking guests in and out of rooms.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* Skill level and education varies depending on specific job. Experience will vary on the specific position, also on the job training will required for candidates.

* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask without direct supervision
