****MUST LIVE IN TENNESSEE, NORTH GEORGIA or NORTH ALABAMA & report to our office in Chattanooga weekly****

JAT Energy, formerly known as JAT Oil Inc., is a 49yr-year-old supplier of a full line of energy products such as unbranded and branded gasoline, diesel fuels, diesel exhaust fluid, natural gas, liquid asphalt and more. JAT is currently hiring for a Brand Compliance & Project Manager. This person will manage all aspects of compliance & marketing for JAT Retail Fuel Brands - Exxon, Mobil, Chevron, Texaco, BP North America, Amoco, Sunoco, Citgo, 76, & Valero.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand brand compliance standards for retail gas stations
  • Uphold and manage brand standards
  • Project Management
  • Customer relations & retention
  • Develop programs & initiatives to increase account manager & customer engagement that align with companies growth goals for unbranded & branded retail fuel sales.
  • Professionally address any issues in a timely manor - (credit, supply, pricing) that impacts customer relationships and that supports company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure details of new account and contract set-up are in place including pricing, freight, taxes, and invoice requirements.
  • Optimize the Company's return on capital deployed.
  • Through oversight and management of Company approved contractors and vendors, assume responsibility for developing, maintaining, and delivering scope, schedule and budget of all assigned imaging and customer support projects.
  • Keep P&L on all branded retail sites, reporting account proforma to VP of Sales
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant customer issues, pricing and billing procedures, and operational issues as well as various brand value programs, image requirements and brand standards.
  • Demonstrates leadership with customers by directing sales calls, managing sales contracts for retail sales team.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Petroleum Marketers Practice Act, dealer fuel agreements, and works with new customers to ensure the completion of new and renewal contracts.

Qualifications

  • 5yrs of Project Management Experience
  • Fuel industry experience with knowledge of branded and unbranded programs.
  • Business Development & organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education is preferred but not required -
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and databases
