Strategic planning
- Ability to implement and execute against existing process and procedures

Marketing Efforts
Brand Awareness:
- Brand Recognition: Measure the level of brand recognition in the target market.
- Market Penetration: Evaluate the company's presence in the local market compared to competitors.
- Website Traffic and Conversion Rates: Monitor website traffic and conversion rates from online channels.
- SEO Performance: Assess the effectiveness of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
Social Media Engagement:
- Content Reach: Measure the reach and engagement of blog posts, articles, and other content.
- SEO Content Performance: Evaluate how well content contributes to SEO goals.
Advertising Effectiveness:

KPI's
- Keep revenue at a minimum of 6 times marketing budget (for example, $20,000 per month advertising spend needs to yield $120,000 in new revenue)
- Keeping up with our yearly revenue growth goals
- Keep our CAC within budget
- Keeping up with our review goals
- Maintain a 50% close rate on leads to clients
- Maintain a 55% close rate on estimates written
- Complete a weekly audit of all analytics on active marketing efforts
