Overview:

The Brand Designer is responsible for creating and managing visually engaging content that enhances the brand's presence across digital and print platforms. This role involves collaboration with the Marketing and Creative teams to transform brand strategies into visually compelling materials that drive customer engagement. Additionally, this position helps oversee product photography, manages third-party photographers, and ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality visuals aligned with the brand's identity. The designer plays a vital role in shaping the brand's story and supporting marketing efforts in eCommerce and social media.

  • Soft / feminine
  • Illustrative
  • High end

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000.

Brand Designer Duties:

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create visual content that supports strategic goals.
  • Design and photograph flat lay compositions for clothing / apparel and accessories for use in marketing materials and eCommerce.
  • Format content for social media and ensure all visuals maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Manage workflows between the internal team and third-party photographers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries for product launches and campaigns.
  • Oversee product handoffs for photoshoots and assist with post-production editing to maintain consistency across product categories.
  • Create infographics and digital + print collateral aligned with the brand's visual style and seasonal themes.
  • Attend photoshoots, provide logistical support, and help manage budgets for design projects and photography sessions.

Brand Designer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, photography, or related fields, ideally with a focus on branding, marketing, or retail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio showcasing illustrative, soft, feminine designs and experience working with high-end products.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adjust designs based on evolving brand needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
