We envision a future where people transact in the real world with a speed, ease and convenience that is unparalleled, even online. Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time. The Role Metropolis is seeking a creative and experienced Brand Designer to drive the continued evolution of our visual identity. In this role, you will develop and maintain Metropolis' brand across multiple touch points, including Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product UI, on-location signage, social media, and web. Your experience in B2B sales enablement materials, social campaigns, and end-to-end design execution will help amplify our brand. If you have a background in illustration, motion design, or identity design, that's a bonus! Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver design work that sets the standard for creativity, simplicity, and brand consistency.
  • Refine, maintain, and enforce Metropolis' brand guidelines across all channels, ensuring cohesive design and messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to design compelling materials for B2B sales enablement (e.g., one-pagers, sales sheets, decks), and social media campaigns targeting talent acquisition and customers (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Lead ad hoc design projects for Marketing, Sales, website updates, email campaigns, presentations, and investor decks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and manage external creative resources, including agencies and freelancers.
  • Provide design training and support to teams across the organization to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of the Metropolis brand, contributing fresh ideas and innovations to maintain visual impact in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of brand design experience, in-house or agency, with a portfolio showcasing visual identity foundations.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Proven experience with end-to-end design processes, from concept to execution.
  • Experience designing B2B sales enablement materials and creating social media campaigns for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bonus: Experience in illustration, motion design, and creating emotion-driven design work.
  • Bonus: Experience in identity design and maintaining brand standards.
