GENERAL FUNCTIONResponsible for managing and executing regional strategies and tactics to support the global ambition for Varilux, Crizal, Eyezen, and Transitions. These should deliver on growth expectations aligned with the individual channels of trade (iECP, National Accounts, Distributors, Managed Care) to create value and ensure global objectives are met. Leads a team to deliver key priorities including development, implementation and maintenance of tactics, tools, and promotions for commercial teams and our customers to drive accelerated branded lens growth. Works with and guides the direct report team in ongoing analysis and development of data-based insights, financial model creation, ROI calculations, and proposing tactical solutions to address various business needs due to the evolving market landscape, customer requirements, consumer behavior, and competitive threats. Acts as key liaison between Global/Corporate marketing teams.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
