The Department

CAA Brand Management is the world's premier brand extension and management platform. With 20 offices in 16 Countries, we execute brand extension programs by coupling our deep commercial relationships with in-house strategy & design resources to deliver innovative deal structures to achieve our clients' objectives. Clients include many of the world's leading brands and talent, including Budweiser, Ford, Riot Games, Formula1, Porsche, and Playboy.

The Role

We are seeking Senior Designer to join our growing team who is a creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of creating concepts from conception to execution, with an interest in brand strategy. You will work alongside our multi-disciplinary design team to provide support throughout all stages of projects, retaining strong communications and ensuring that the brand strategy defined at the start of projects is translated through the project design. We are looking for designers whose work is underpinned by a strong appreciation of current design and fashion trends, loves typography and has an eye for detail. You would be a good fit for this role, if you enjoy the freedom and autonomy to make your own decisions, are an experienced communicator with a positive, enthusiastic, attitude, and enjoy working with clients to get to the heart of their brand.

Responsibilities:

* Lead creative for projects and communicate design concepts in client meetings

* Translate client briefs into high-impact design concepts

* Continuously build an understanding of categories the Brand Management team works across

* Deliver projects from concept to production in accordance to timelines

* Design and maintain style guides, sales decks, and POV documents

* Support presentation decks in tandem with the greater Brand Management team

* Lead creative on additional assets as needed

Qualifications:

* 3-5+ years of design experience, at a brand or creative agency

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

* Strong knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS and JS)

* Exceptional presentation/storytelling skill

* Strong interest in typography and design

* Detail orientated, self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines whilst also being able to collaborate with a team and inspire others

* Adaptable, flexible and able to work to various demands and deadlines

* Positive and approachable attitude to deliver a great brand/client experience

* Cultural awareness. We're sensitive to the world around us

Location

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $71,000 - $90,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
