If so, this Brand Management role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing future-facing marketing activities which will help deliver profitable growth and accelerate market share growth.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Portfolio Strategy: This individual will help to optimize the Centrum portfolio to drive consumer relevance and profitabilityP&L Management: Effective business management and enterprise leadership to deliver profitable outcomesEnd-To-End: This individual will lead several projects holistically, overseeing the product development, comms & media planning, P&L management and reporting.New Product Development: Partner with innovation team to develop a robust innovation pipeline, bringing new products to market whilst fully own in-market execution with excellenceComms Development: Develop integrated consumer launch plans to build awareness and trial of new itemsPeople Management: Lead a team of two direct reportsAnalytics: Leverage multiple data sources including Circana, Power BI, insights and others to deliver data-based stories which are simple and action-oriented for senior leaders Enterprise leadership: Work closely with several support functions (finance, insights, analytics, media, innovation, R&D) and a multi-agency team to maximize team outputA successful candidate will possess the following skills:Data-based story-telling. This individual can translate data into insights and has the ability to succinctly deliver that message Consumer Understanding. This individual knows how to mine for strong insights and apply them to innovation and commsPrioritization. This individual can focus on the things that matter and filter out the noisePassion. This person holds themselves and team accountable for great work*This is hybrid role based in Warren NJ, requiring a 2-3 day in office presenceWhy you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:BS/BA5+ years of marketing and/or related experience.Experience in brand strategy development and activation inclusive of campaign development, media management, promotional planning, and digital commerce.Proven expertise in managing and motivating teams against complex programs, effectively delivering strong marketing plans, and bringing together the priorities of cross functional teams and key stakeholders.Financial acumen, including P&L management, ROI and marketing modelling mix.Experience in leveraging data signals to drive quick decisions to impact the businessAbility to effectively influence and break down barriersPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field.Externally inspired: consumer & customer obsessed; insights-based strategies and proposals.Internally influential: aligned & accountable; strong communicator; navigates complexity & ambiguity.Flexible yet focused: easily pivots from short to long-term, analytics to creative, adaptive to market change.Experience with leveraging 1st party data to acquire and retain consumersHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
