As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for taking charge of one of our fantastic, high growth chips brands (Cape Cod, Kettle and Late July) and charting the next chapter in its success story. What you will do... - Strengthen and refine the brand positioning & consumer proposition
- Develop and deliver the annual business plan
- Partner with communications teams to establish our voice in the market
- Lean in with our innovation team to bring to life the best additions to our lineup
- Manage full P&L by partnering with cross functional partners to drive growth
- Lead a team of 1-2 direct reports and help to develop and coach the next level of brand managers

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have) - Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years experience in Consumer Brand Management in house at a large consumer facing company
- Proven portfolio brand strategy development using a disciplined approach
- Demand Planning and Forecasting experience - managing monthly consumption analysis and volume forecasting
- Experience developing category and customer strategies to win with clear compelling stories
- Consumer first mindset in developing brand communication strategies
- Strong collaboration skills to bring to life In-Market Activations and define launch scenarios
- Experience leading complex and large cross-functional teams, including external agencies
- Experience with Circana/IRI, Nielsen & SPINS
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have) - MBA (Strongly preferred)
- Experience at large CPG companies or food CPG companies
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $144,200-$207,200 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
