Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategy planning and activation of initiatives designed to build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and generate demand. This role is critical to maintaining the brand's integrity while effectively communicating its value to key audiences through strategic campaigns and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Uphold brand integrity across internal and external communications.​
  • Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decisions. Gather and apply insights to optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness.​
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of brand campaigns, aligning with business goals to maximize impact and engagement.​
  • Content Creation: Oversee content strategies and development to deliver compelling, on-brand messaging across all platforms.​
  • Competitive Insights: Analyze competitive & market trends to identify strengths, weaknesses and brand opportunities.​
  • Go To Market Planning: Create and manage a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar aligned with business goals.​
  • Non-Media Partnerships: Identify and develop meaningful non-media partnerships to enhance brand exposure and credibility.​
  • Public Relations: Manage PR strategies to drive positive brand perception and visibility. Collaborate with PR agency, media outlets, and press for impactful storytelling and coverage.​
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and execution to build brand presence.​

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years in Brand Management, marketing strategy or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, business, communication or related field.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.

Competencies:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners (e.g., PR agencies).
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of competitive analysis and market trends.
  • Experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and execution.
