Position Summary: As a key partner across regions, functions, and channels, the Brand Manager ensures the successful creation and execution of Serengeti's Marketing strategy, driving the growth of the brand in Europe and North America. The position will be responsible for increasing Serengeti's global brand awareness, delivery of marketing tools, engagement through high-impact storytelling, activations, and partnerships. The Serengeti Brand Manager works directly with the VP of Brand, Creative Director, and their global colleagues in Product, Sales, and Digital to create strong consumer connections and bring Serengeti's message to the world. Responsibilities:
Work with VP of Brand and Serengeti Marketing Coordinator on the short/mid/long-term Marketing strategies, managing the creation and execution of Serengeti's global Marketing plans. Ensure Marketing strategy brings new customers to the brand while keeping our core base energized and engaged. Ensure brand vision and long-term and annual Marketing strategies are communicated and understood across functions and regions. Manage central Marketing budget, timelines and calendar. Responsible for staying on budget and delivering projects on time. Manage the PR & Communications strategy including but not limited to product launches, agency & calendar management, influencer product seeding and management, and regular results analysis and communication. Work with Creative Director, ensure best-in-class creative that communicates the vision of the brand and supports business goals. Lead the brand's content creation efforts with a focus on creating strong consumer connections and clear differentiation of the brand in the market. Identify collaboration opportunities (brand or product specific). Work with Digital team on managing the content calendar and delivering assets to grow our DTC business. Work collaboratively with the Sales, Creative, Product, Digital, and International stakeholders to establish and own the global GTM and trade marketing plan and timelines. Work with regional GTM stakeholders on strategy and execution of tradeshows. Collaborate with the VP of Revenue - Digital to build cohesive content and engagement strategies, working with the creative team to bring these strategies to life and grow our ecommerce business. Educate Sales departments on new products and marketing stories. Monitor ROI on all marketing initiatives and help pivot strategy where necessary. Perform market and competitive analysis as well as analysis of sales and distribution results to identify trends and opportunities that can help us achieve our business goals. Lead trend forecasting and market research to ensure Serengeti is a market leader in premium eyewear. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and regions. Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in the men's fashion, eyewear or related industries.
