POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client, a prominent national brand in the Fast Casual dining industry, is seeking a motivated Brand Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about project management with experience in the corporate restaurant sector. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of menu, beverage development, and promotional initiatives. Working alongside the Associate Director of Beverage and the Senior Manager of Menu & Promotions, the coordinator will help manage system-wide rollouts and test marketing promotions. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including analytics, digital marketing, and creative services—to ensure timely delivery and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns across all restaurant locations.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement national promotions and promotional tests.
  • Track project milestones using the online project management system, Wrike.
  • Monitor and manage project briefs, communicating critical details such as dates, consumer insights, and past promotional performance.
  • Work with the creative services team to develop marketing collateral for restaurants and digital assets for advertising, social media, public relations, and online menus.
  • Assist in crafting marketing communications for the franchise organization and work closely with departments to coordinate content for bi-weekly newsletters, brand intranet updates, and quarterly reports.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing programs before and after execution to determine results, learning outcomes, recommendations, and next steps.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly driven, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated sense of urgency in prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • The ideal candidate should have an engaging, positive attitude and be enthusiastic about working in a team environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, regional or field marketing, or working in an advertising agency.
  • Experience in the restaurant or advertising industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
