Brand & Marketing Coordinator - High Point, Raleigh or Charlotte , NC

Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for building brand presence and delivering impactful campaigns? Our client is seeking a Brand Coordinator to play a critical role in managing their brand's identity across all platforms. This role involves brand management, content creation, and strategic planning to elevate the company's offerings and reach. You'll collaborate closely with the Client Experience Advocate to ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging and seamless support for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative campaign concepts to align with marketing objectives
  • Design marketing assets, including digital/print flyers, video campaigns, newsletters, and training materials
  • Manage and maintain brand presence on social media with engaging content (2 posts weekly)
  • Organize and update all marketing assets to ensure easy access and brand consistency
  • Support the sales team by fulfilling requests for marketing collateral
  • Assist with quarterly customer events and coordinate marketing-related site visits
  • Produce customer testimonials, case studies, and annual value reports
  • Maintain and update the company website and internal portal, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Support new employee onboarding with key materials, including CRM training, company intros, and branding resources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a marketing or brand-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in creative marketing, brand management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and brand growth strategies
