You'll help bring several new launches to life each season, create buzzworthy campaigns, and ensure our brand voice shines through every touchpoint. If you're a detail-oriented team player who's always one step ahead of the trends, this role is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Launch Support
- Assist in planning and executing 360 marketing campaigns for multiple product launches each season.
- Develop and maintain linesheets, product copy, and other essential marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, social, PR, product development) to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
- Conduct competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
Content Development
- Help brainstorm and execute creative assets, ensuring they align with Tarte's playful, trend-driven brand voice.
- Support the creation of influencer kits and mailers that generate excitement and social buzz.
- Coordinate with the design team on marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional materials.
Project Management
- Track and manage timelines for new launches, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain marketing calendars to keep the team aligned on upcoming initiatives and deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
Trendspotting & Innovation
- Stay up to date on beauty trends, pop culture, and viral moments to help inform campaign ideas.
- Pitch fresh, innovative concepts that resonate with our audience and stand out in the industry.
- Support seasonal brainstorms to keep Tarte campaigns ahead of the curve.
Team Collaboration
- Be a go-to team player, ready to jump in and help wherever needed to drive projects forward.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role (beauty industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and content creation.
