Company: HomeFront BrandsJob Title: Brand Marketing DirectorWork Location: Huntersville, NCJob Summary: The Brand Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and customer acquisition. This role involves leading brand strategy, managing brand campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the Franchise's overall objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with the target audience.
Marketing Playbooks:
  • Develop and implement marketing playbooks that differentiate by market size, region, seasonality that are repeatable and scalable to drive local market growth at the franchisee level that delivers year over year growth in system wide sales.
Brand Identity Management:
  • Define the brand's positioning in the market and develop key messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing materials, products, and communications.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and track brand health indicators.
Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as creative, content, operations, and business development) and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Brand Communication:
  • Manage external communications, including press releases, media relations, and public relations activities.
  • Develop content strategies for digital platforms, social media, and other channels to engage with the target audience.
  • Ensure all brand communications adhere to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve goals. Mentor Brand manager and specialists.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals and objectives.
Marketing Support:
  • Works as a team with managers and specialists to define onboarding, training, grand opening and annual marketing plans.
  • Acts as back up for brand training and onboarding needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (min 8+ years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successful brand development and execution for a franchise brand preferably franchise platform of brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership experience, including team management, collaboration, and decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, digital analytics, and project management software.
