As Brand & Engagement Director, you will take responsibility for developing a brand strategy that aligns with our company goals and reinforces our position in the market. You will be the point-person for brand decisions including tone of voice, messaging and visual direction. You'll work with marketers from across the department to consult on branding components and lead critical brand initiatives.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute our brand strategy accounting for target audiences on the supply (listers) and demand (searchers) side. Lead the development of brand messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels. Take the lead on the creation of brand and engagement campaigns including brand messaging and advertising, branded presences, thought leadership, in-market events, and corporate hospitality. Coach and guide direct reports to ensure high quality output and performance. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives through focus groups, market surveys, and analytics. Consult and approve on brand considerations across all marketing and customer-facing content.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing position. A track record of measurable improvement in brand measures. Expertise in B2B channel activation. Experience in B2B marketing, ideally at an online marketplace. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
