With more than 13 million global unique monthly visitors, LoopNet provides brokers, buyers and sellers with what they need to meet and make deals.Role Description: This marketing leadership role oversees LoopNet's brand marketing and audience engagement efforts with the objective of increasing our fame, mindshare, positive brand sentiment and brand cohesiveness. As Brand & Engagement Director, you will take responsibility for developing a brand strategy that aligns with our company goals and reinforces our position in the market. You will be the point-person for brand decisions including tone of voice, messaging and visual direction. You'll work with marketers from across the department to consult on branding components and lead critical brand initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute our brand strategy accounting for target audiences on the supply (listers) and demand (searchers) side.
  • Lead the development of brand messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Take the lead on the creation of brand and engagement campaigns including brand messaging and advertising, branded presences, thought leadership, in-market events, and corporate hospitality.
  • Coach and guide direct reports to ensure high quality output and performance.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives through focus groups, market surveys, and analytics.
  • Consult and approve on brand considerations across all marketing and customer-facing content.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing position.
  • A track record of measurable improvement in brand measures.
  • Expertise in B2B channel activation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally at an online marketplace.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
