INSIGHT INTO THE ROLEThe Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand strategy and marketing initiatives across North America for Datamars Livestock. This role plays a pivotal part in positioning our products in targeted industry segments to support revenue growth and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to champion our brands, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring Datamars products to market effectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for product positioning, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and market demands. Campaign Management: Oversee regional brand plans, including planning and executing industry-specific campaigns and initiatives. Product Launches, Pricing & Programs: Act as the lead point for product launches, from concept through execution, including pricing, rebate programs, and loyalty initiatives. Market Segmentation: Manage market segmentation processes and define target audiences, developing strategies tailored to customer needs. Industry Expertise & Relationships: Act as a subject matter expert on Datamars and competitor products, building relationships with industry leaders, partners, and influencers. Marketing Communications: Assist in creating marketing content, including website copy, product packaging, media releases, brochures, and campaign materials, ensuring adherence to brand voice and guidelines. Retail & Merchandising Strategy: Support in the development of point-of-sale and merchandising strategies to enhance in-store presence. Customer Journey & Experience: Focus on optimizing the customer journey to enhance user experience and brand loyalty. Stakeholder Engagement: Build rapport and influence across teams to ensure collaboration and strategic alignment. Strategic Planning: Capable of setting clear objectives, managing resources, and tracking performance against milestones. Collaboration & Teamwork: Builds positive relationships, adapts to team dynamics, and communicates proactively across departments. Customer-Focused Communication: Able to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful messages that resonate with target audiences. Project Management: Skilled at managing projects within budget and on deadlines, with strong attention to detail. Creativity & Innovation: Brings fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance brand positioning and engagementTimely execution: Ability to get hands-on and execute for on-time deliverablesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE* Experience: 5+ years in brand management, marketing, or sales, with a preference for experience in the agricultural sector.* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) experience preferred; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX/UI principles, WordPress/CMS, and SAP or CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.* AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools and applications in marketing preferred.* Broad brand management and product marketing experience preferred.CULTURE & VALUES Be Passionate; Aim to Excel; Respect one another; Strive for Performance; Be Empowered!
