HUNGRY - HUMBLE - CURIOUS - CLEVER - COMMITTED - HUMANITARIANAbout the Position:The Brand Marketing Manager is a pivotal role that collaborates closely with the Brand Experience Director, Creative Director and Product team to manage and execute the BEDGEAR brand experience across key touchpoints, including retail environments, showrooms, and digital platforms. This position will focus on the management of our digital products and the strategic management of brand assets to ensure consistency and optimization across all brand interactions. You will play a critical role in bringing the BEDGEAR brand to market through innovative digital solutions that deliver a unique omni-channel experience for the consumer that reflects the premium position and innovative culture of the brand.
What's Expected (including but not limited to):- Develop digital product solutions that enhance BEDGEAR's performance across retail and online channels.- Drive consumer engagement and satisfaction through app solutions that support the consumer product experience in home.- Oversee brand projects that support the management and deployment of digital assets across all channels.- Collaborate with brand experience director to identify and develop strategic opportunities to leverage digital solutions to drive brand performance, revenue and optimization across internal and consumer facing touchpoints.- Participate in cross-functional meetings to devise marketing strategies for new product launches and existing products, with a specific focus on digital initiatives.- Implement marketing materials across channels with effective distribution processes, prioritizing digital asset management.- Provide direction and request updated assets from creative teams, as related to the specific solutions that you own.- Execute brand training for sales, marketing, and sales support departments, focusing on digital tools and assets.- Work with the brand experience and creative director to establish a cohesive communication strategy for the brand across in-store and digital touchpoints, ensuring that new assets align with the established strategy.- Take ownership of the brand by ensuring all marketing materials meet required standards and objectives, with a strong emphasis on digital deliverables.- Project manage the distribution of promotional materials across all channels.- As needed, support additional brand experience and retail activation initiatives as a backup within the department.- Use independent judgment to effectively prioritize, organize, and delegate work orders.- Assist in additional projects as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements:- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in creative, marketing or retail management role
- Experience managing digital solutions within a marketing organization
- In-house experience (opposed to agency only) highly preferred.
- Experience with brand management, retail development
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced office.
- Vendor sourcing and management experience
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand values into engaging digital experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
