  • Retirement planning through the Company's 401(k) Who we are looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Partner to join our team. This role will require you to work cross-functionally across multiple brands and teams, supporting robust marketing plans for all marketing channels. You will be responsible for project management and tracking metrics to help support strategic efforts for each brand within your portfolio. What you will do:
    • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
    • Collaborate with multiple brands and internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
    • Manage development, implementation and deployment of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, print, event and social media marketing.
    • Oversee project management tasks to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
    • Support brand-building initiatives and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities.
    • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials and content.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support marketing efforts.
    • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
    • Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring project stay within allocated funds.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need:
      • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
      • 2 years' marketing experience, with a focus on project management and multi-channel marketing.
      • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
      • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and drive marketing success. Compensation : $74,000.00 - $87,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
