We're Looking For A: Brand Marketing Specialist who will support and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic, multi-channel marketing initiatives. As a key contributor, this role aligns marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring the organization's overall success by enhancing brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and achieving measurable results.Location: Hybrid, Woodland Hills CAWhat You'll Be Doing:
  • Optimize website merchandising and create impactful promotions to drive revenue and product trials.
  • Manage product updates on the branded website, including launches, discontinuations, reformulations, redesigns, and stock status.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the retention team to implement A/B testing strategies, improving key metrics like conversion rates (CVR) and average order value (AOV).
  • Partner with the SEO team to refine blog strategies, improve rankings, and conduct A/B testing for optimized results.
  • Work with the retention team to optimize customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions from acquisition to activation via inserts, autoresponders, and other touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, sales, customer service, and product development to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, including planning, timeline management, and performance evaluation.
  • Drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value by partnering with the retention team to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Contribute to brand projects aimed at improving customer retention and subscription performance.
  • Conduct research on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and positioning to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences across all platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Refine strategies based on performance data to optimize future outcomes.Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
    • 4 years in brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
    • Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online channels to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster loyalty.
    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of key marketing metrics such as ROI and LTV (lifetime value).
    • Background in e-commerce with skills in optimizing website merchandising and creating promotions to drive revenue growth and product trials.
    • Experience in developing, expanding, and managing brand sampling and gifting programs to increase visibility and engagement.
    • Expertise in enhancing customer onboarding processes through channels such as inserts, email, and SMS to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to activation.
    • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution, including campaign planning, timeline tracking, and performance analysis.
    • Demonstrated success in leading ad-hoc brand initiatives to improve customer retention, lifetime value, and subscription performance.
    • Creative thinking paired with strong project management abilities.
    • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in aligning marketing strategies with brand objectives and audience preferences.Golden Perks & Benefits:
