Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Brand Program Manager to join the Global Firmwide Brand Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Brand Experience. He/she will lead end-to-end program management of key strategic marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Community Affairs, Corporate Communications, Diversity and Inclusion, Technology and executive leadership to ensure they are flawlessly planned, delivered, measured and reported on.A primary function of this role is to oversee the strategic development and execution of our new marquee marketing initiative, What Moves You, a financial literacy an empowerment program focused on providing financial advice, education and leadership skills to help various consumer groups build the financial confidence to pursue their ambitions. He/she will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and executive leadership, as well as with external creative agencies and partner properties to meet unique audience needs and drive deeper engagement with our brand and our offerings.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and resourceful executor, team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience building high-profile programs involving senior level executives in a fast-paced business environment.-Develop 35-year program strategy and execution roadmap inclusive of strategic vision, positioning, target audiences and KPIs across a variety of internal and external channels -Lead the execution of marketing programs in partnership with project manager from start to finish, including, but not limited to, digital platforms/applications, client and employee events, marketing and/or branding assets, social media and public relations -Effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders to provide status and ensure alignment to strategic goals, deadlines-Own all material reviews with legal and compliance; interpret and provide guidance to satisfy all feedback and substantiation requests-Partner with Data & Analytics and Customer Insights teams to set, communicate and measure relevant KPIs for all campaigns, demonstrating tangible brand and business impact-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and innovative approaches that drive impact and engagement of the various programsQualifications-10+ years of relevant experience in brand, product, or strategic marketing; financial services or professional services industry experience preferred-Experience building end-to-end marketing programs rooted in financial literacy / empowerment-Keen understanding of how to engage target audience segments across multiple distribution channels -Highly organized with strong program management skills; able to work within a matrixed organization and adapt to and drive change -Resourceful; able to exercise good judgment and come to solutions independently-Able to build and nurture cross-functional, collaborative relationships and to influence leadership-High emotional intelligence; can communicate effectively and responsively to navigate and influence -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience crafting compelling storylines and comfort presenting to large and/or senior audiences -A curiosity for data, measuring results, uncovering trendsExpected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
