DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES: - Braze VAF, Coils, endcaps, elbows, manifolds, brackets, etc. according to requirements within the product spec sheet drawings.
- Produce a quality product while satisfying daily production quantities and reporting.
- Adhere to all Packless policies and procedures as stated in the company handbook, including but not limited to, job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, etc.
- Work safely to maintain daily production quotas and reporting with a very high standard of product quality.
- Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as needed but not specified in this description.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITES: - Ability to follow instructions and continued training throughout employment with a desire for self-improvement.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
- Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers.
- A willingness to work any shift on any day including overtime scheduled or in an emergency.
- Trustworthy with ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be physically capable of working in conditions that are hot, cold, dirty, and fast-paced.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.
TRAINING REQUIRED: Training will be ongoing throughout employment based on duties as assigned.
