Delicious Hospitality is a growing restaurant group looking to fulfill positions at Legacy Records with many opportunities for growth for the right candidate. We specialize in viennoiserie, croissants, sourdough bread, and baguettes. Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking croissants and breads
- Maintain a clean and safe space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.
- Foster a positive work environment
- Eagerness to learn and replicate recipes with precision.
- Strong team player with a receptive attitude towards feedback.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and compliance with NYC DOH regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years professional experience in pastries or related fields, required.
- Solid foundation in bread making and baking principles.
- Knowledge of lamination techniques and viennoiserie production
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to work holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours).
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.
