Job Duties:
- Responsible for delivering the highest quality of food in terms of freshness and taste.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times.
- Prepare, warm and/or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet food items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels.
- Provide superior guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
Job Requirements:
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable.
- MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary.
- Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
- ServSafe certified a plus.
