Job Description
The Breakfast Joynt is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Lead Cook to join our team. This position is Full-Time and is based at our restaurant location. This is Not a Remote Job.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Oversee and coordinate breakfast service in the kitchen
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a breakfast cook or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food handler's certification is preferred
