Getting the Job Done:
* Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality
* Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages, and promptly responds to guests' requests
* Anticipates guests' needs and offers services prior to the guest asking
* Maintains current knowledge of all breakfast/evening items offered and the preparation and presentation standards
* Keeps accurate logs of inventory and consumption
* Keeps work area clean, stocked, and organized
* Sets up, re-stocks, cleans, and breaks down the back and front of house area
* Ensures attractive and consistent presentation of all food items
* Adheres to property specific best practices and brand standards for guest interaction, personal grooming, sanitation, food handling, and guest safety
* Be aware of the guest service scores and understand your role in ensuring guest satisfaction
* Presents both warmth and professionalism when interacting with the guest and team members
* Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training
