As a Breakfast Server at the Capital Hotel, you will become the best of the best.
In our restaurants, we treasure the highly demanding and highly rewarding atmosphere. Our breakfast team creates a personalized experience for each of our guests by presenting and providing carefully thought menu recommendations. You will often become the ambassador to our city sharing the offerings of the downtown Little Rock area, special events, and unique hidden gems.

**Role Responsibilities:**
The Server performs guest service in the dining room by ensuring all guests are seated at clean and properly set up tables, receive appropriate attention, and have their orders promptly prepared and served. The server cheerfully serves guests, takes orders, and curates an experience by making thoughtful recommendations. The server must have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items, correct plate presentation, and temperature controls.
**Essential job functions :**
Maintains a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
Intuitively and proactively prepare and clean all restaurant areas and amenities
Observe all operational policies and procedures
Maintains a clean and organized workspace
Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
Comply with a dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, piercings in excess of one per ear, and unnatural hair colors, such as blue or pink
