Responsibilities:To ensure interdisciplinary, patient-focused, well-coordinated system of care for oncology patients coping with Breast Cancer. To collaboratively assess, plan, facilitate and evaluate timely coordination of quality care for the cancer patient. Breast Patient Navigator will be a direct report to the Manager, Ray W. Moody Breast Center.

The compensation range for the role is $68,796. - $85,995. Salaried
