Description:Job Title Brewery CellarmanQualifications• 21+ Years of Age• Drivers license and clean driving record• Ability to work in a team setting• Basic math skills• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English• Ability to Lift and carry 50+ lbs• High school diploma• Experience in a brewery, distillery, or food production roleDesirable Traits• Experience using forklifts/pallet jacks• Mechanical aptitude• Ability to work extended hours on your feet in hot, cold, wet, and loud environments• Good attention to detail• Safety-conscious• A basic knowledge of brewing process• Homebrewing experienceResponsibilitiesAssist the Head Brewer in all daily cellar duties including but not limited to• Adherence to all safety and cleaning procedures• Keg washing• Keg Filling• Barrel Racking• CIP of all brewery vessels (tank cleaning)• Bi-monthly draft line cleaning• Packaging product/ Canning line operations• Centrifuge Filtration• Monitor Fermentations• Standard brewery cleanliness and organizationHourly base pay based on experienceAfter 90 days: Health benefits and Federal paid holidaysMonday - Friday 8am-4pm schedule, and occasional weekend help with brewery events and orfestivals
