Ideal Candidate: Execute bricklaying, blocklaying, and stonework tasks based on project plans and specifications. - Uphold the highest level of craftsmanship and quality in all masonry work performed. - Work with project supervisors and team members to plan and organize masonry tasks. - Safely operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment. - Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. - Engage in ongoing training and development activities to enhance skills and stay updated with industry best practices. - Adhere to project schedules and deadlines for timely task completion. - Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration. - Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may affect the progress of masonry work.Requirements:-5 years of experience in Masonry or a related Construction Field - Proficiency in working with hand & power tools. - Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Highly organized and self-directed. - Critical thinker and proactive problem solver. - Open-minded and collaborative team player.When you join Hagerman Masonry Division, you will help build the future, so it only makes sense that we invest in you.
