The Gretchen S. and Edward A. Fish Center for Women's Health (Fish Center) at Brigham and Women's Hospital seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ob/Gyn to join our hospital-based practice as an Attending Physician. The position is gynecology-only, part-time, with flexibility up to 75% effort.The Fish Center is a multi-specialty women's health practice located at the Chestnut Hill Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center. This is an ambulatory clinical site located 15 minutes from the main campus of Brigham and Women's Hospital. The goal of Fish Center for Women's Health is to provide high-quality, integrated clinical services and education based on leading-edge research on women's health and gender-specific care. Our gynecology practice is a small division of the BWH Ob/Gyn Department that is embedded within this multi-specialty clinic. The BWH OB/Gyn Department has repeatedly been named by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top hospitals in the nation for Gynecology.Other specialties represented at the Fish Center include primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, hematology, dermatology, neurology, rheumatology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, nephrology, and sleep medicine. We also have specialty programs that focus on menopause and PCOS, as well as nutrition and social work services.The candidate will report to the Division Director of Fish Center Gynecology Women's Health, Department of OB/Gyn. Candidates should possess exceptional work ethic, a spirit of inclusivity and established expertise in gynecology. A commitment to interdisciplinary team care of patients is required. Strong ambulatory and surgical gynecologic skills necessary. We would welcome a candidate with a focused interest such as, but not limited to surgical care, vulvar care, menopause, pelvic pain, endometriosis, urogynecology or abnormal pap smear management. Obstetrics is not a part of our practice. Teaching of residents and medical students is expected. Call is shared with several other gynecology-only providers. Two weeks a year of attending for the resident gynecology service is also required.Academic rank as Lecturer, Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements.
