Location: Central, MIPay: Starting at $18/hour + Mileage Incentives & Reimbursement Between Shifts!

Shift Needs: Flexible Weekend Hours – Availability required Friday evenings (after 4 PM) through Monday mornings (until 8 AM). Be ready to step in for open shifts, call-offs, and urgent new client starts!

What You'll Need:

• Proven Caregiving Experience – Skilled & Compassionate
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
• Ability to Pass a Background Check & Drug Screening
• Strong Communication Skills
• A Compassionate and Patient Attitude

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage in meaningful activities
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties (cleaning, laundry, dishwashing)
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Medication reminders
