The Center for Broader Impacts (CBI) at the University of Notre Dame is part of a strategic effort to simultaneously enhance Notre Dame Research's efforts to support competitive research proposal development and contribute to the overall societal impact of the University. Specifically, CBI focuses on collaborating with ND faculty, campus units, and external partners to design, implement, and evaluate effective broader impacts opportunities for a wide range of audiences.Reporting to the Center for Broader Impacts Associate Director, the Broader Impacts Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting researchers at Notre Dame to expand the public reach and amplify the societal impact of their work. The quantity and scale of research proposals has grown exponentially since the launch of CBI in fall of 2022 and is continuing in an upward trajectory in alignment with the University's Strategic Framework.The Broader Impacts Specialist will advance the mission of the CBI by working closely with the Associate Director and the Faculty Director to improve Broader Impacts plans by:Minimum Qualifications:
