CREATIVE GOODS MERCHANDISE LLC Seasonal Broadway Sales Associate - NYCTHE ROLE: Creative Goods Merchandise, a dynamic full-service merchandising company, is currently seeking part-time seasonal Sales AssociatesWe are currently seeking passionate candidates that exhibit the core values of excellence, have a commitment to safety, and value a collaborative and supportive work environment. This role will end on or about January 12th. Based on business needs, there is a potential ability to stay beyond the fall and winter Broadway seasons. Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Greet patrons and process all merchandise transactions.
- Maintain working knowledge of products and prices.
- Ensure lines are managed while maintaining enthusiasm and poise.
- Receive, process, and replenish merchandise inventory.
- Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues and support a positive work environment.
General Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Strong basic math skills required.
- Cash handling and returning accurate change.
- Be able to engage with customers, team members, and management positively.
- Ability to work discreetly and respectfully in a theater house environment
- Maintain enthusiasm, charisma, and focus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Entertainment experience/interest is desired, but not necessary.
Working Conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and safely install display elements.
- Ability to maneuver stairs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 50lbs.
