  • Environmental and Facility Management:
  • - Monitor temperature, humidity, ventilation, and lighting systems to ensure optimal growing conditions. - Ensure farm buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and functional. - Troubleshoot and repair minor technical issues related to feeding or watering systems. 3.Labor and Staff Management: - Supervise and train farmworkers to follow procedures, safety protocols, and animal care practices. - Create and manage work schedules to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently. - Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Inventory and Record Keeping:
