Who you are: As a
Brokerage Product Solutions Manager, you will you maintain thorough knowledge of Brokerage Product Solutions offerings. You will be responsible for leading the execution of our product strategy for commission-based products offered through Frost Brokerage Services and conduct period reviews of existing products. More than that, this role is about finding solutions and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do: - Provide consistent ongoing support and communication to Frost Brokerage teams with product updates, rate changes, procedural changes, commission schedules and carrier/distributor announcements and/or changes
- Lead the execution of our product strategy for commission-based products offered through Frost Brokerage Services, including selection, due diligence, training, and onboarding of new products
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing products to ensure they align with our commitment to providing timely and appropriate investment solutions to clients. Product solutions include mutual funds, structured products, UITs, ETFs, annuities, insurance, bonds, and equities
- Continuously assess and enhance the product sales flow process, forms, and systems, ensuring alignment with operations
- Maintain ongoing oversight of products to integrate new or upgraded riders/features, fees, commission structure, paperwork, product training (i.e. NAIC or firm requirements)
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive operations
- Organize Product Committee meetings to review the approved product list, commission schedules, sales processes, regulatory matters, marketing strategies and communication
- Develop and deepen relationships with strategic partners and key account managers for problem resolution, marketing support agreements, advisor education and resources, establishing rules of engagement with external/internal wholesaling partners. Also work with sales management team as liaison to strategic partners to coordinate annual FA conference participation and presentations
- Work closely with internal compliance and supervision partners to update CRS, commissions, form creation/updates, bank and brokerage firm product due diligence, carrier due diligence, REG BI integration, evidence of training documentation
- Partner with operations team to review forms, system updates, sales reporting, tracking/matching of commissions

What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; or equivalent experience in investment services
- 6 + years of experience in the financial services industry with 5+ years in a product management related role, with extensive knowledge and understanding of the investment business and advisor sales practices
- Knowledge and experience with current regulatory environment including DOL and REG BI standards
- Significant product knowledge and sales/operational experience with structured products, annuities, ETFs, UITs and simple insurance solutions
- Experience with developing internal product marketing, training curriculums, themes and communications
- Series 7, 65/66, 24 along with Texas Life, Accident and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
Additional Preferred Skills:- Post graduate education and master's degree
- An existing network of key product distributor relationships such as Key Account managers, National Managers and Wholesalers
