The Inside Sales Brokerage Representative will have complete ownership of a brokerage book of business within the Hub organization. From prospect to delivery, you will be responsible for bringing in new brokerage business, servicing to exceed customer expectations and delivering a superior product within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Essential Job Functions:Develop strong relationships with new customers to the Hub organizationContinuously strive for new account growth while focusing on current business growth and serviceManage daily internal and external communication , including rate negotiations, overcoming objections and providing the value proposition of Hub Group's brokerage offeringsAbility to work in an entrepreneurial environment that will allow you to thrive based on self-driven resultsWillingness to adapt to the ever-changing industry and taking on additional responsibilities as the department continues to grow and new processes are put into placeFull management of customer from an account management standpoint including but not limited to; managing costs to maximize profit, managing problem resolution, ensuring execution KPI are being met, continual process improvement as book of business growsMinimum Qualifications:1 +years of B2B sales and/or account management experience. Preferably within the supply chain industrySelf-starter, and ability to work autonomously on accounts from end to endSolid understanding of transportation and logistics principles, and supply chain network behaviorStrong understanding of brokerage markets and cyclical market dynamicsExperience with DAT, Internet Truck Stop, and other predictive market resourcesExperience operating LinkedIn sales navigator is strongly preferredExperience within AS300 programs, and Oracle are preferredExperience within Microsoft Word, Excel and OneNote are preferred
