Qualifications:
- Education: A college degree is preferred but not required. Proficiency to perform advanced business mathematics is required.
- Experience: Previous management experience in property management or related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: The position requires the ability to professionally deal with multiple people including investors and tenants.
- Licenses: A valid drivers license and current automobile insurance is required. Broker in Charge License (as required by State)
- Availability: Position requires the ability to work seven days of the week, 52 weeks a year. Must have the ability to serve on-call as needed to serve each property.

The Broker in Charge oversees our real estate brokerage firm in South Carolina. This candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and possess exceptional leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage firm, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies/processes to increase sales and profitability of the brokerage.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents and support staff, ensuring their success and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to agents in their transactions, resolving any issues or disputes that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to drive business growth and success.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, changes, and developments to ensure the brokerage remains competitive.
- Grow business units under management by 10% month over month (net)
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid South Carolina Real Estate Broker license.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
