The Residential Care Associate will function as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team in the residential program.Education - Must be at least 21 years of age. High school degree or GED required; Associate or Bachelors' Degree in psychology, social work, human services, childcare or a related field preferred.Experience - Experience in working with adolescents in a residential care setting preferred. Certified Medication Technician preferredLicensure/Certification - Must complete criminal background check, physical and drug screen prior to employment. Must be able to complete a non-violent crisis prevention program training after employment.
