Bowhead seeks to network with individuals currently working at the Brooke Army Medical Center in Administrative Services positions. This work is located on-site in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
Positions available may include:
- Accounting Clerks
- Administrative Assistants
- Education/Training Technologists
- Medical Clerks
- Medical Records Technicians
- Program Analysts
Qualifications:
- Education, experience and certificates required will vary based on individual position requirements.
- Previous/current experience supporting Administrative duties at Brooke Army Medical Center is highly desired.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language as well as communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- A valid drivers license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record may be required for certain positions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check in addition to US Citizenship is required.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: There are currently no Security clearance requirements however qualified candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and be able to gain access to the facility. Bowhead retains the right to change these requirements due to contractual requirements. Due to the location of this work, US Citizenship is a requirement for this location.
