BruinShop - Lead Student WorkerEmployment Type Student EmployeeHourly Rate $15.00Special Note: All students are required to read the BU Student Employment Policy prior to submitting an application. All Federal Work-Study students should read the program rules and regulations located at Primary Duties and Responsibilities-Learning open and closing policies and procedures-Leading fellow students in daily tasks. -Will be responsible for working Saturday shift with minimum 2 student workers. -Will, within reason be able to make decisions on behalf of store (They will have the number of an on call full time manager if question or issue cannot be resolved).-Standing for most, if not all of shift.-Need to be able to lift 35lbs. -Mostly indoor.Required QualificationsSome or a combination of the following:-Held other positions at Belmont University.-Relevant past job experience in customer service and retail.-Minimum 2 semesters working at the Belmont Store.Required Education-Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.Required Experience-Some relevant retail experience.-Experience working at Belmont University in other departments and positions.-2 semesters of experience working at The Belmont Store
