Pay Range: $18.97 - $25.30Provide a full range of duties as they relate to records required to be filed and maintained pursuant to the Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for preparing, retrieving and maintaining documents and reports for daily usage and review, in the administration of the Bankwide BSA/AML Compliance Program and information Security Program. Reports to the BSA Officer.
Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or GED
- Two - Four Years Banking or Customer Service Experience Required
Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge and application of Microsoft Windows products, specifically Excel, Word
- Good organizational and clerical skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
Tasks Performed: - 40% Monitors, researches and completes the necessary paperwork to ensure that the Bank Secrecy Act is complied with.
- 30% Review and verify OFAC compliance reports from FiServ transaction, time, loan, safe deposit and ICIF systems shareholder services.
- 10% Maintain various databases and logs including the Unusual Activity Referral Database, Memento, BSA Case Log, and the BAM 2.0 SAR Manager.
- 10% Assist in obtaining critical information for use in investigations. This includes, but is not limited to, record retrieval and branch communications.
- 5% Assist in deploying surveys and risk assessments in accordance with the Bank's Information Security Program.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
