This position creates value for Salus Group by managing the technology that allows us to capture HRIS data and administer benefits more efficiently than our competitors.Essential Functions:
- Receives, organizes and processes HRIS data; building client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, costs, text and documents in proprietary software application.
- Tests client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality. Conducts regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs.
- Honors Salus Group's reputation for excellent client service by partnering with Account Managers and Client Service Representatives to consistently exceed Client Service expectations.
- Receives and processes a volume of complex information from multiple sources; organizes information into proprietary software application.
- Actively maintains database (MS CRM) with client notes, preferences.
- Actively updates Cobra Guard for new clients and updates.
- Stays up to date on system enhancements and assists on implementation.
- Updates system with renewals and amendments.
- Will assist with OE calls and training.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two to three years of Benefits/insurance industry experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- High level of interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed, based on client demand, during peak season.
Desired Qualifications
- bSwift software experience
- Considerable knowledge of carrier policies, procedures and billing rules
- Experience with various carrier enrollment websites and/or software
