Job Summary:
A BU-X Student worker will be available to BU-X staff and students to manage and complete basic administrative tasks, tutor students, or work on special projects. This job is on campus job with great flexibility. Student Workers will complete other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide great service to the BU-X staff and network through completed tasks and projects
* Learn, manage, and assist with BU-X projects (you will be trained)
* Learn to create and complete projects with technology including Basecamp, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva
Qualifications:
* Self-starter who can work alone and in groups
* Coachable and learns from experiences
* Manage multiple projects
* Can work from a distance to finish already assigned work, as the schedule and responsibilities allow
* Excellent written and spoken command of language
* Must be independent with technology use
* Accountable and reliable with flexible work hours
Job Expectations:
* Work between 5-10 hours per week depending on responsibilities, ongoing projects, or Zoom meetings.
* Hours are scheduled and approved by supervisor preferably two weeks to one month in advance.
