Pay from: $17.25 to $17.50 per hour

Tips: Our employees average $12 per hour in Cash Tips (tips vary by location)

Expected hours: 20 per week

Essential Functions
  • Assist customers and determine their product interest and needs
  • Educate customers by presenting product and answering questions
  • Remain up to date on WA State and LCB regulations
  • Keep up to date on Daily Special and additions to or deletions from the menu
  • Receive and process purchases at register
  • Assist with the accurate fulfillment processing and ringing out of Preorders
  • Maintain a clean and orderly station
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and report to Shift Lead, Sr. Shift Lead, ASM, or SFM
  • Assist with product distribution and displays when asked
  • Assist with any inventory needs
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance throughout shift
  • Must comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations
  • Establish good working relationship with other team members.
  • Foster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendors.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in meetings as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow - where you are needed the most)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working alone
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, per LCB regulations
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer and see color.
