Role: Build Co-Ordination
Location: San Antonio, Texas ( Day 1 onsite )
Job Description - Build Co-Ordination.
- Understanding of Vehicle Assembly sequence,
- Understanding of Assembly instruction.
- Reading Engineering drawings, Electrical harnesses and components, Mechanical parts.
- Reading of Electrical architecture drawings, Circuit Diagrams,
- Reading Build Books and crosslinking it with BOM.
- Inspection of Electrical and Mechanical parts as per drawings.
- Reading and Generating BOM. Inspection of part as per BOM.
- Vehicle inspection and reporting.
- Build walk around and sign offs.
- Build issues resolutions, ICAs and PCAs for Electrical and Mechanical systems.
- Material / Parts, ordering, handlining and arranging.
- Co-ordination between local and remote teams.
- Daily, weekly Build updates to different teams.
- Vehicle testing and validation.
- Hand on Experience on CAD and or Harness software.
- Hands on experience on any Vehicle diagnostic tool.
- Ability to understand DTCs
- Hands on experience for End of line software flashing on Vehicle Electronic control units
- Ability to test Vehicle functions per requirement.

- Understanding of Vehicle Testing requirements and procedures.
- Vehicle Homologation
- Understanding for Product development processes.
